We take our commitment to Quality seriously and are in the process of becoming ISO 9001:2000 certified. Accordingly, our Quality Management System is ISO-based, and enables us to continue to meet ever-increasing Customer needs and expectations.
Our Quality Management System assures quality through collaborative, Customer-centric project planning; complete, tailored resource allocation; technically qualified project management with formal reviews by our experienced top management team; and deliberate processes for obtaining and integrating Customer feedback throughout a project’s lifecycle. Our Quality Objectives are:
- To meet, or exceed, project requirements and project deliverable timelines.
- To ensure that projects are on schedule and within budget.
- To enhance employee competency and career development.
- To streamline business processes.
- To ensure conformity with the ISO Program.
- To ensure status and updates to our Quality Management System are effectively tracked and documented.
As part of our total commitment to Quality, our Quality Review Board conducts formal assessments of current projects, and of our Quality Management System. These reviews ensure compliance with our Quality Objectives while facilitating continuous process improvement and Customer satisfaction. The Quality Review Board is formed from top management, and includes the CEO, President, COO, and all Vice Presidents. Specifically, the Quality Review Board evaluates and takes action on:
- Process performance and product / service conformance via quality metrics including measures of Customer satisfaction, status of corrective and preventive actions, and employee Quality Management System training and orientation.
- Results of audits (internal audits, results of any second-party compliance audits, third-party certification audits, and / or periodic surveillance audits).
- Identification of potential risks and preventive actions.
- Status of the USfalcon quality policy and quality objectives.
- Changes that could affect our Quality Management System.
- Accomplishments, concerns, or recommended Quality Management System improvements.
